From 8:30-8:35a.m., Mr. Gross leads the students in a variety morning movement routines ranging from low-impact aerobics, yoga, and some strength training. Fridays are Cha Cha Friday, where the students perform the Cha Cha Slide and Mr. Gross receives a little help from the students as well.
